We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.

- Sir Winston Churchill

The psychological effects of a terrorist attack can often be experienced years after the incident, at which time help may no longer be available. Public recollection of the event has faded and the victims may be left with a crippling physical or emotional disability. Global assistance towards victims of terror has often been initially swift at the group level. However, sustained assistance for the individual is often minimal and fades with the world’s collective memories of the event. It is in recognition of these shortfalls, and in hopes of providing long-term assistance for those who are without it, that Strength to Strength was established.
